The club committee wished to advise all members of some important changes to this weekends games.
If your child falls outside the below criteria you must get in touch with your coach or team manager and advise them ASAP. The coach will then seek clarification from a committee member if the child can not participate.
After discussions with Basketball Victoria executive management, the KBA will be adopting the policy requiring individuals aged over 12 years and-2-months who attend any Keilor Basketball facility to be fully vaccinated.
Each venue where Keilor Basketball operate on a weekly basis will have a minimum of one venue supervisor to assist with venue entry. Every patron (12-and-2-months or older) will be required to check in via the venue QR Code on their smart-phone and will need to show their vaccination status.
The following is a summary of the rules that will be effective from this Friday, November 26th: A full statement can be read on the attachment.

All patrons aged 12 years 2 months and over must be fully vaccinated (unless medically exempt) and show vaccination status to gain entry. No vaccination, no entry. All attendees to KBA facilities will be required to QR code upon entry. Masks are no longer mandatory but are highly recommended in settings where social distancing is not possible.
